Melvyn Bragg's hair always catches my eye. It's quite distracting, but amuses me too. (Don't forget, he's a well respected novelist too, not just a TV bod.)
To go on a small tangent here, Ron Swanson (character in the fantastic "Parks and Recreation") sported an incredible quiff in the most recent episode.
