i'm still writing, rewriting, editing and cringing at this everyday. basically I'm trying to get a bit of confidence in my writing before I attempt to ever perform this.

I'm not the person to see about layout I can assure you of that.
This is above the norm surreal wise and could work and that's coming from someone who normally hates surrealism, tidy it up somehow and it would work no problem.

Chuckout the schoolboy humour, and the clear gaga and just have a strange rambling monologue about a goose. Cut it down by about 50%, but still say "goose" a lot. Goose.
Actually the first gag about shooting homeless people is pretty good, but over all its the energy that makes it win
chuck out the schoolboy humour? but I am a school boy, of sorts (university but same difference)
I'd ditch shooting the homeless as or me it makes you sound aloof rather than funny.
If you're thinking of working on tour with UKIP you're on safe ground, but keep it off campus as it sounds insensitive.
It's not about morality just using good judgement.

when I've been reading it myself I've normally been quite controlled but I think a more manic performance could suit. having said that, different lines work in differnent ways and I can't decide a consistent aproach that works well for all
