Is this DM article supposed to prove it's a genuine company? Could have been planted. They also have a company web site which proves nothing.
I think this 'documentary' is fake and the Nev character is an actor, maybe the young girl too (forgot her name). The rest maybe extras or they are actual call centre staff being extras.
Just something about him in particular that fails to convince, plus the fact that his remarks to employees are far too inappropriate and therefore a bit of a giveaway. He's not got much of a defence if someone took the company to industrial tribunal.
For all the faults of the DM, do you seriously think they would falsely quote a real person so blatantly?
