This is genuinely funny. It's basically Borat with a Paraguayan makeover, and the accent gets a bit wearing at times, but there are some authentically good jokes in here - the sequence about MacDonald's, the bit about sleeping with old ladies, and the bit at the end where he thinks Justin Bieber is a lesbian and wants to convert "her". Also, a funny face, which always helps: reminiscent of John Sessions when he was young.

Ok there's 2 great jokes in there; the note one and the no pretty girls one.
The rest is pretty weak. You're focussing so hard on getting that accent right the delivery is monotone and the vain musician jokes are kinda old. And not done particularly well either.
I think mess up the accent a bit and give him some character and range. Freshen up the jokes and you're going places.
You've got the voice of the unreliable narrator quite nicely.
You just need him to say more.
Thanks for your reply Sooty, it's still quite early days for Julio so I will take those comments on board and try to make the act sharper, I am still not sure where I am going with it yet so it definitely needs more definition.
