Is it still too early to tell whether a full series will be going ahead? Really do hope so.
Is this about Morrissey again?
Shame this has got scrapped, I was looking forward to this as I love Everybody Loves Raymond. Maybe it was for the best.
I still really want to see a pilot, even if it's terrible. My interest has been piqued!

Oh dear, how sad. 
I wonder why it got scrapped? Was it the awfulness of the original sitcom or the awfulness of Mack's acting? Or just the dreadful Americanness of it? So common sense does exist at the Beeb after all.
It wouldn't have been Mack's acting...
They did make a pilot for this...but apparently Lee Mack wants to concentrate more on Not Going Out. Would still like to see the pilot though...
