I shall put some daytime TV ads on showing Chip looking suitably sad holding his expired light.

HOY! I am quite vexed. At night I like the path in my backyard to look like a mini landing strip - except now it's lopsided. *seeths quietly*
The ones I got from Wilkinsons never worked once.

Take one out of the other side and re-space the rest.
Admittedly you'll end up with landing strip with one light on either side but then you can pretend you are the landing strip of a remote village in Uzbekistan.

I shall take one light and relocate it to the corner of the lawn. This will shorten the landing strip but this will just sort the men-pilots from the boy-pilots.
