That virus is already operating on that site, Adam.
When I wandered over to 'that' site, I certainly wasn't greeted by the regulars with anti-BSG threads or any unsavoury terms. I had no sense of needing to break into a clique. The ring of regular posters never seemed elitist or exclusive but I fear that is how we are coming across.
And to think I told everyone how friendly we all were too. 
It may be that there is a stronger sense of ownership on BSG it being a user-led, user-driven site and so there is a feeling of invasion?
Nobody on 4laughs ever felt much ownership as 4laughs is clearly a commercial site Channel4/Nintendo/Conker Media/Baby Cow and we were/are all just punters. When you turned up on 4laughs you were effectively just another new punter, not an 'invader'.
No harm done I think to us 4laughers. It seems to be BSG types getting upset/frustrated with us but I am not sure of what crime we are guilty, except maybe some trivial posts, bad jokes and poor scripts?

I don't think anyone has anything against the 4laughs people its just that its like when a neighbour shows you his car but you don't care about cars. Once is fine, twice is annoying but when everyday he mentions his car you have to move. Its not because you don't like the car or the neighbour its just the combination and repetiveness of it all.
This applies to non-4laughs users aswell and probably me most of all *he suddenly remembers all his posts today* Doh! It would be like someone only talking about one comedian or sitcom all the time. Anyway as most BSG users will tell you when I reach more than 50 words in a post its probably bollocks which should be ignored So ignore this (Man what a waste of five minutes)
Is it safe to come out yet?

As an immigrant, very possibly an illegal one, to this site, I would just like to say that I have been made to feel welcome on this site both by thoes I knew from the 'other side' and by new people I hope to get to know on here. I have had some good and useful feedback on my first sketch posted on here and I wish I'd found the site sooner. I hope I am not seen as an invader, and If I am and you want to hunt me out you'll have to find me first. I'm a very good hider. I once hid for 10 hours. My parents called the police. That was a 10th birthday to forget...
