What DVD are you watching? Page 46

I've just watched a film called North Sea Hijack. I bought it from CEX years ago and finally got around to watching it. I thought it was the film Juggernaut but with a different title which I had spent years trying to get on DVD until I read it went by a different title....North Sea Hijack. Juggernaut is about bombs on a passenger liner and North Sea Hijack is about bombs on an oil rig so similar themes which is how I made the mistake of thinking they were the same film.

It's an entertaining flick and similar in style to Who Dares Wins. Anthony Perkins is excellent as the quick witted but ruthless antagonist and Roger Moore is equally powerful onscreen. James Mason plays an admiral and he has a very distinctive voice which sounds like the computer voice of the prison ship in the Red Dwarf episode Justice. I had to check to see if it was him but he died before Red Dwarf started.

In summary bloody good film but I still want to see Juggernaut.

What else, approaching the third week in December, but the 1980 Terry and June Christmas Special?
