British Comedy Guide

Writing partner wanted

So, yes, uhm, quite.. The title is pretty self explanatory, one would think.

Am currently looking for someone who'd be up for co-writing and developing an idea for a sitcom of sorts I'm currently working on and what better place to do said looking than among people from the greatest comedy nation on the planet?

As I'm based in Stockholm, Sweden, a lot of the work would be done online, via Skype, e-mail, what-have-you (though I do visit the British isles every now and again). No previous experience is required as there is no promised pot of gold (or any pot for that matter, I try to stay away from drugs altogether if I'm honest) at the end of the rainbow, but it'd be just swell if you had actually done SOMETHING comedy related before. In the end though, a great sense of humour is the most important thing I'm looking for.

Me, I wrote my first professional article at age 13 and have since written, besides various articles, a few award winning essays here in Sweden. I moved on to write academically on my way to a law degree, but have still managed to write a few jokes here and there for UK stand ups (a few very well known, a few quite less so) as well bits and bobs for adverts. I've also had a bit stolen by Family Guy, or, perhaps, they just had the same idea as the one I published, which probably IS a lot more likely but then again my ego is admittedly almost as huge as my penis (don't worry, I'm joking, my ego isn't THAT big).

Anyway, if you're interested, send me a PM. At best, it'll be a global smash hit success and you'll be so rich and famous you'll get to choose the next 52 Pussycat Dolls. At worst, you'll have a laugh.
