One off TV drama format?

I have a one off TV drama which I have hand written in film format. I'm at a loose end as to which "Proper" format I should type it in. I have scoured the net and its giving out conflicting info.

I have looked around the BBC script library and all of the dramas seem to be different in their own way. Can someone please point me in the right direction as to which is the correct way.

Do not worry about the format. It will be re-written if you ever got it filmed. You should concentrate on getting ACTION and DIALOGUE across as clearly as possible. That is your only job at this stage.
