I saw this trailered last night and I think personally it looks rather promising. I will be tuning in to see what it is like so I thought I would start a thread now as it begins next week.

It doesn't seem like the kind of sitcom I'd place on BBC Two.

I'm glad it's on BBC Two. There's less pressure on that channel. Plus all the cool stuff is on there...

Sorry, just noticed it says 26th at top of thread. I'm not sure, I sort of like Sue Perkins but I sort of don't like the idea of it. I hate vets. They're all robdogs.
Not expecting anything big from this. But I'll give it a go!
I do like Sue so I'm hoping to watch it.
This is a bit flat. And any sitcom that opens with a scene involving a dead cat is asking for trouble on the metaphor front.
I'm enjoying it so far, but Sue needs to work on her acting a bit. I'm sure it'll improve.

ASIDE FROM ALL THE HORRIBLE CAT STUFF, I liked it.
Yes - a bit mixed. Was hoping for something better after that Sue Johnston thing last night but both a bit average.
