Watched series 2 of "In Sickness and in Health" last night. My favourite episode is amongst them, with Patricia Hayes and Irene Handl guest starring. They also appeared in another episode a little later, just before Irene died. 
Was Top Gear. Loved the bus race with the double decker up on two wheels
