I watched two shoplifters get caught at Asda while doing my shopping then my flatmate do his new fitness vid which was REALLY funny as it was one of those latin dance things.

About to watch Wife Swap. I find this programme compelling... even though it's terrible. Although the US version is hilarious with it's over dramatised sound effects.
