League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. I've never seen it as I was so annoyed that they cast Dorian Gray, famously beautiful, as a completely ordinary looking bloke. But I have finally got over my bitterness.
Is quite fun so far.

Read the books and take that back; the film is a TRAVESTY.

The books are amongst the important artefacts of UK literature of recent years

The second I think is best

Griff unreservedly praised them, is there a higher accolade?

I'm sure the books are a lot better, and totally different. But the film is fun!

I think some male character rapes the invisible man in the books or something? I doubt that'll be in the film...

You're worse than George Roper, zooo! I seem to remember him as pretty good looking.

Yeah, I think I might have judged him a bit harshly. But when the film came out I was a bit obsessed with Oscar Wilde and Dorian Gray, and I thought they mucked it up.

I recall they add Tom Sawyer to the team in the film too, because of some dumb studio notes on the need for an American member of the team.

What they need in this is Sherlock Holmes and The Doctor.

And Indiana Jones.

Basically the film bears very little resemblance to the book, as I recall; which makes you slightly wonder why they bought it in the first place.

Enough of your slash fiction fantasies

Walruses. I think they're my newest favouritist thing.

The sheep will be jealous.

Watched "Forrest Gump" again as part of the Tom Hanks season on at the moment.
From a time when 'big' films didn't mean 'big, comic book' films.
It will be interesting to see what films stand the test of time from this century.
Suggestions?

vampire diary
I love stefan.

I'd like to think Myra was banned for her shitty taste in movies, rather than her spamming.
