Yes, I'm all about the Regine-ness! I think it's odd because Emily organised it this year, personally.

It might be a bit better though. Not my sort of music but some people like it. I'm scanning the lineup now to find all the bands I would want to see if I was there...

F**k me

Got lube there, or do you want me to bring it?

I don't have any actually. I assume you should bring some.

It's not like bringing wine to a dinner party!

Should I take the KY or something else? I don't want to appear gaudy or poor, where's the balance?

We Are Scientists!!!

Will do!

*packs bag*

I love We Are Scientists! I love Keith! :$ 18 days!

I'm currently watching, Les Dennis's Liverpool. Quite interesting, it's about Liverpool and the Capital Culture year. I love this city but whats really bugging me is, we've got this Capital of Culture and were spending a lot of money on art displays, new shopping centres etc But where is the development to the places in Liverpool that need it? i.e. Anfield, Kensington, Kirkby. There is new found wealth and the 'big boys' only seem to want to put it in to projects that will make them some more money, while literally a few miles away there are people who are literally living on the breadline. It's crazy.

It's all good. If you've got something with a bit of, I dunno, orange scent, then that's cool.

Why does half of the band look middle-aged? And geeky?

I actually squealed a bit when they came on. :$

Strawberry any good? Is it offensive to you if the instructions are in French?

This is *too* surreal!

The money goes into those kinds of projects because they bring in tourists and, although slower, thus has a greater and longer-lasting effect and benefit to the city than just throwing it at the poor.

And why are they poor? Because they're unemployed. New jobs will be created with development projects like those you mentioned.
