Both baby seals and Rodney King would beg to differ.

Booyah indeed.

Watching the 'Book Review Show' on BBC 2. It's like the worst bit of the Review Show stretched out to 45 minutes. It am rubbish for twats.

Ian mcEwen seems to have picked the best chair and left Kirsty Wark with the uncomfortable one (note how the intellectual stuff is passing over my head).

It's not intellectual, it's self agrandising, ego fuelled, pretenious bollocked, peacock chest puffery of the worst order.

And you are right about the chairs.

Mr K summed up the programme by describing Ian Mc as a shite. Nothing to beat a bit of intellectualism.

Mr K summed up the programme by describing Ian Mc as a shite before throwing a can of Tennants at the TV and attempting to get the wee bastard out of the telly box, to slap him. Fortunately we keep it in a steel cage and he passed out in a pool of the usual. Best meeting of the Goven book group ever! Nothing to beat a bit of intellectualism.

Did Irvin Welsh attend this one?

We wouldn't let that wee bastard in - not fit to lick the Buckfast off the shoes of we who were born in Govan (Oh, yes, I was!)

Now I'm watching : Paul Merton's Birth of Hollywood 1-3

When Channel 4 was advertising its Comedy Week or Weekend, whatever it was. They had clips of comedians sat in a diner or something talking one on one. Was that an actual show or just an advert?
