:D Great series so far though, a real tension builder.

Ultimate Avengers on Disney XD

Remember Secret Policeman's Ball? on BBC Four

"One redeemer!!"

:) I hate to be a bore but it is a real big philosophical question, I would like to exterminate lots of people, would I actually have the strength to pull the trigger?? could I kill??

Not just talking about the 'now show' or 'mrs.browns' boys'.

The depressing thing is you couldn't treat some one like that in prison.

Truth be told I doubt any of the will get a prison sentence and almost certainly under 6 months

At least they've been arrested now. And if this programme encourages more whistle blowers to come forward and hopefully get something done, then it's worth this years licence fee alone.

I hope, just hope they get something significant enough from the police to go on their CRBs at least that'll keep them out of care work/

A blog post by my very close friend Dr Sardonicus

Read it people. And then do something about it.

Thanks

Angry Started already OK! well only MP, but started.

If we do not train people and underpay, we will get workers indifferent to mental health and welfare issues of inmates.

This is the fault of government and greedy bastards running these 'homes' making £3500 per resident per week! Ghrrrr...

It's as much a philosophical issue as a practical/financial one.

The market is not the best fix for all and when you look at a vulnerable adult and see a profit.

Well it won't end well. Nor is the old the NHS can do it, because they must be sick work any better,

Oh and training is available, infact it's mandatory. It's just the usual all must have prizes, politically correct bollox. I did a course that was supposed to take 2 months in one day.

Good stuff, remember though what's really needed are enthusiastic non professional volunteers. Don't let the paperwork put you off.

Watching Panorama beyond depressing.

The local news today is that the police have arrested and bailed three men and one woman.

:( Its like a 'Guantanamo prison' situation, a few will be picked on to satisfy the masses, then back to normal bloody procedure.
A bit like Sharon Shoesmith.
