Sorry
I didn't realise that Leevil wrote the Forget You song.
What are you watching on TV? Page 1,395
Boots (the Chemist) TV commercial, with its smug 'Here come the girls...' soundtrack. Oooh, men! We're so bloody thick and pathetic and useless, aren't we, girls? It's funny because it's contrived...
It's been a long day.
Am watching World Book Night.
It's a bit difficult watching the 24 Hour Panel thing and this, but the books are mainly winning now.
But Celebrity Juice is on next!
I do actually love Celebrity Juice!
So I shall have to flip a coin...
The X Files film that killed the franchise: I want to believe it's better than this starring Billy Conolly.
The Killing; 12 hours in and still only one corpse. Copenhagen is obviously much safer than, say, Midsomer Norton.
Season 3 of Heroes on DVD. It's actually mightily entertaining and captures some of the zing of the first season.

The franchise was already dead, I think that film only confirmed that most people had no inerest in watching The X-Files anymore.
It was a bit too 'out there' for me
About to watch tonights 'Killing' oh dear, brain in gear, more conundrums that Bob Holness!... try to keep up.

Interest in it had certainly waned but a cracking movie would have kept it alive a bit longer.
Sykes. I'd forgotten just how crafted that show was and a real gem for a Sunday morning.

True; I do think most people just didn't really want anymore though. I loved The X-Files when it was on, but I haven't watched the latest film, and have no desire too. Perhaps not enough time had passed from the show ending for it to gather nostalgic interest; it was a bit too late to assume anyone was still interested, and a bit too early for people to have a renewed passion for it.
