What are you watching on TV? Page 1,259

If a film were to ever leave an impression on a kid, it would have been on me when I was eight-ish watching Jurassic Park. It absolutely blew my mind. Whilst I'd still watch the sequels with some interest, nothing can come close to the original IMO.

Exactly although there are massive flaws with the film. I saw it in the cinema think it was one of first films I saw in cinema and nothing since has made me even half as giddy.

1. I hope you're referring to the resurrection of dinosaurs.

Lol! No I mean there were errors. Glaring Errors. But it doesn't matter can forgive it.

I remember liking the 3rd one. I don't like the last 30 minutes of the 2nd one jot.

I remember watching that at the pictures as a kid and being a bit dissapointed. But then I was never a big dinosaur geek. Plus I think most of the big money shots had already been shown a million times on TV by the time it came out.

I bet you were an insufferable child. In other news, I'm watching Burn Notice, the spy show. Not up there with Alias, but fun. And always nice to see Bruce Campbell.

My Dave's okay. Although you could always try There Is Only Essex on ITV2. ;)

:| I'll stick with MotD2.

Pilllars of Earth, lots of minor unnecessary changes, but they seem to be sticking pretty much to the plot. maybe it is because I know what is going to happen next, but it feels a bit slow and clunky.

Blimey! I just caught 10 minutes of that there Downton Abbey. Lordy, lordy, what's going on there. It's like one of Victoria Wood's long, tedious spoof costume drama skits, with jokes.

Absolutely the worst, most contrived, wooden dialogue I've heard in ages. I can almost see Julian Fellowes bashing away merrily at the keys, whilst whistling I Vow To Thee My Country - with that smug look on his face and his stubby purple helmet being fellated under the desk by a trafficked Chinese sex worker/housemaid.

How dare ITV put such images into my head! :(
