Yeh he does say he's a hypocrite and is kind of the cause of it all with the Flipper show in the film. But. Trying to help now, so you know.

They gather thousands in this little Cove, catch a few for animal parks then kill the rest til the sea runs red, and it actually does the whole Cove is hideous.
