Both The Libertines and Arcade Fire were fantastic, although the latter were also much more than that.

I thought Arcade fire came accross spectacularly, but of course it cannot compare to being there. They are the perfect open air act- it's like a wall of sound which in a walled environment sounds too much, but in open air nothing drowns anything else out, and the sounds play on so many levels. When you see them on the main stage, the feeling is immense. It's euphoric.

They were pretty amazing at Hackney Empire too, but Reading topped it by far.

I've decided I find their new album ok, but a bit boring.

I haven't heard any of the new album yet. I really need to get it. Hope I can find it on vinyl cheap enough.

I've got Neon Bible on vinyl. Never played it though.

I'll 'ave it.

No.

Boo.

Edinburgh Comedy Fest Live. What a load of boring shit.

Big Brothers Big Mouth.
Makosi just stormed off after being asked an awkward question from Jarrod Christmas.
"Makosi how did you confuse two fingers for a penis?"

Guns 'N' Roses on BBC Two. Oh dear, since when did Rufus Hound take over as lead singer?
