But there's nothing stopping Alex's imagination creating a Sam in the 80s world.

This is also true.

That's the thing, what that world is has yet to be explained, it's all open to theories still. Until next week.

That's f**king stupid. Should of left Sam out of it Life on Mars was almost perfect. I hate when they f**k with stuff.

Like I said, Mars did not fully explain anything, we don't know what the world is. Next week I imagine we will.

Do you want to know? Really? I like the fact it was left to me to imagine what happened.

I'm happy to see where they want to take it. Whether that means explaining it all or leaving it ambiguous still.

Countryfile (or some exactly the same programme before it). Nature is evil.

River Monsters - killer catfish, natives in a state of restlessness

I like this show, but the bloke who does the fishing (what does he call himself? an extreme angler?) needs to produce one of these monsters he has been going on about.

The one about the gooch (don't know if that's the one you are talking about or not) was really interesting. but I just don't see any of these fish being maneaters.

The one that aired last week was the season 2 premiere. I think he has caught some of them in past episodes. He mentioned before that he's a biologist, but that he's also interested in the folklore of the areas he's visited and knows that maybe the big ones are only myths. My kids love it.

Junior Apprentice

Ah. Tell us who he fires, please! I can't be arsed to watch it but still want to know. :)
