Why Beauty Matters, presented by Roger Scrutton, looking ineffably wise and just a bit slappable; but for all the occasional sweeping bollocks thrown out as eternal truth, his central thesis is indisputable, which is to say a statement of the bleeding obvious. Somewhat depressingly though it needs to be said. A useful antidote to the arts establishment tongue-reaming that has constituted the rest of the Beeb's modern art season.

I loved the Wild Russia series, watched it on HD, was absolutely stunning!
The bears were so cute and the Caucaus mountains were beautiful!
Just watched 'Harry Brown' and thought it was pretty good. Michael Caine did his best Clint Eastwood and proved that there's still plenty of life in the old cat.
