Book critique

Does anyone know if there's such a thing as a like-for-like critique site out there for novels? Preferably not one dominated by teenagers writing fanfic.

Authonomy is the big one.
There are a deal of tbe aforementioned twats and it's a hideous bear-pit, but you do get reads.
