I don't have time to watch it all, but it looked like you were doing well and they liked you. It looked that you might have been a bit to eager to start speaking again when the audience was laughing, which meant that the next line was sometimes lost and people may not have understood the next joke.
That's understandable, as you were bound to be nervous and likely to rush through it a bit. Knowing when to be quiet and maybe just make a funny or confused facial expression is a real skill and I'm sure you will pick it up with a few gigs behind you.
I guess the time to speak, after a pause, is the precise moment you feel that the audience has quietened down and is ready for something else from you. Use them as your cue. Your look and voice is good. As I said, I didn't watch it all but unless things got really ugly in there, towards the end of the video, a great start.
