Room 101 - Series 2 Page 3

Unless he meant it's the first time you found her funny. Although I'm not sure how he'd know that.

He only wanted to express his dislike for Miranda I think.

And you can't possibly fault him for that.

Anyways I thought the latest episode was much better.

It comes to something when they have to show funny bits that happen in [I]The One Show...

Coren completely stole that episode. I'm pretty sure that I love her.

I didn't watch this - haven't seen Room 101 for many years - but Coren is great on panel shows and so on, she's very quick witted and truly funny.

Makes you wonder how she can deliver those atrocious, stilted gags on Only Connect. Angry

More or less a different show now.

So I gather.

Greg Davies was really funny in that one!

He was funny. I still think it was better with just the one guest though.

I much preferred it with just one guest too. It was much more variable, and could be really dismal with the wrong guest, but it could also be really, really good. While now it ranges from mediocre to reasonably funny.

Also, it highlights which guests are funny and which aren't.

As much as I like Frank Skinner, this show isn't as funny as it was.

Comedians?

Comic writers at a push.

Perhaps I should have said 'good value'. You don't need to be a comedian or comic writer to be that.

Reggie Yates wasn't. Ben Fogle was. Neither is a comedian or comic writer

Janet Street Porter is 'good value', she's great at acting the misanthropist belligerent misanthropist.
