Fast or slow rejections?

What's best, getting rejected fast or for it to take absolutely ages? My fastest ever rejection came from Pozzitive Productions who rejected me within a few days of recieving my script. It was actually quite an upbeat jolly rejection and I felt quite good about it. However, generally, I like it when it takes ages. While your script is away it's out of your hands, and you can entertain unrealistic fantasies about how they're taking so long because they love it and are deciding how much to offer you for putting it into pre-production.

Fast. Quicker turn around allows you to move on.

The problem with slow rejections is that you don't know if they rejected it because they thought it might work or because they've only just pulled it out the bag.

Faster, for the reason ContainsNuts gives.

Yep - faster too

For all of the above.

I prefer Niall Clark's fast and postive rejections.

Fast - slow, doesn't really matter as it still rips at the guts!

Give it to me fast!

The script rejections I mean...

The faster, the better. It's the difference between getting a spanking on the spot or being told you'll be getting your spanking after the game on telly is finished---or, "when your father gets home".

Defo Faster. That way you can say 'Screw you man' and move on to the next prodcution company/project/whatever you want to do.
