New Ideas

Hi

Any feedback would be nice

Thanks :)

Not bad. Technically, you might want to address lighting and sound issues in future and maybe keep it a bit more snappy. Otherwise, a fair effort.

I think some rehearsal would go a long way to improving it - neither of you sound very natural in the way that you speak and so the timing feels a little off.

Yeah we are not are actors at most. We do give our self a day to practice the script (practice while we write too) hopefully get better with more practice/videos

Thanks for the tips on sound and lighting, will use in next video.

You may need to write to your acting talents more.

Nice try lads, keep plugging away.

Welcome to the site Wave

Thanks for that (Stylee TingTing) good tip, tried it and it did sound more natural

Mo

Started slow, got better. Keep writing! Maybe loosely base it on a script and do some improv around it? Might help with the 'sounding natural'

The idea of discussing ideas as a "bit" is a classic... But if you're gonna film it, both just say to each other, ok, this is where we are going with it, then do it live for ages and edit it down or, script it, and then rehearse it until it sounds natural... Also, if you're gonna do it as a video piece, do 3 bits (or more and then edit it down to 3 bits) then fade to a night time scene of shirts unbuttoned, you both looking dishevelled, and then give a finisher... That way it's shorter, snappier, funnier and it sets the turnaround quicker...

Liked it though :)
