This sounds very much like a Scottish version of "Operation Good Guys", one of the first TV mockumentaries.

Another poor representation of Glasgow. Same old actors. Amateurish and poorly written.
When someone stealing a girls knickers off her washing line is the best material you can come up with for a first episode you are in trouble.
The concept has so much potential should be comedy fodder for writers. Not the case.
There's an election special on BBC Scotland at 10pm tonight in which the Chief interviews the (real) leaders of the four key Scottish political parties.
