It's only a bit of fun, for gawd's sake.
I'm sure a few kids/people abuse it, but in the grand scheme of things it seems pretty harmless. All the kids we get are adorable and polite.
Yeah, I think if anything should be illegal it's throwing rocks at people's windows. ...Unless that already is illegal?
Kids running around with masks on, toilet paper and produce strewn everywhere, grafitti springing up left right and center, being mugged for sweets or biscuits or loose change... Basically every Tuesday in Swindon...
