We see a man at a computer screen wearing headphones.

We hear 'The Long and Winding Road'

The man then rubs his hands together and psyches himself up!

We hear 'The Impossible Dream'

The man then types as the fingers of the clock on the wall spin, he then leans back looking mildly pleased with his work.

We hear 'Nobody Does it Better'

The man then jerks forward, smirks and rapidly types and then finishes with a singular flourish of the index finger.

We hear 'You Can do Magic'

The man then prints off on the computer and then places the sheets in an envelope and makes his way to the post box.

We Hear 'What a Fool Believes'

We then see the man with the headphones in his hallway, he picks up an envelope and opens it excitedly, but as he reads it his shoulders drop and he shuffles out of shot

We Hear 'If You Get It Wrong You'll Get It Right Next Time'

We then see the man in the headphones sitting in a chair drinking Scotch

We hear 'Wide Eyed And Legless

We then see the man in the headphones in bed with his eyes wide open

We hear 'Theme from mash'

Morning we see the man in the headphones rubbing his hands together as he switches on his computer.

We hear 'Paper Back Writer'

I really like this, the only thing I might say is the last song could be stronger, maybe the sound of silence, but its a great idea :D

I'm afraid I don't get it.

It would also cost a fortune if you ever wanted to make it Laughing out loud

The last one indicates he has decided to turn his script into a book

As for expense, I don't see this as a sketch its more an 'in house' caper
