He's very good, and Martin Prince. There are far too many to choose one though. Another one worth a mention is Uter the german exchange student. "Do not chase me. I am full of chocolate".
I don't like the show, but my vote goes to Rex Banner.

He's also awesome in the "Lord of the Flies" inspired episode, where his war paint is whiskers and a cat nose.
