We see the inside of a chemist shop
A fat woman walks in and stands on a large old fashioned red scale
The woman drops 10p in the slot and watches the needle in horror.
The woman then gets off the scales and is set to leave the shop.
She then spots a stand stuffed with diet products that have 50% off , the woman grabs an armful and heads to the till.
A thin woman then comes in and stands on the scales, she looks in horror at the needle and also attempts to leave the shop, as she does so she spots a basket offering 50% off weight bulk products.
The woman grabs an armful and joins the fat woman in the queue.
We then see the door to the scales open and a little man in a white coat gets out and shuts the door slyly.
The little man then creeps behind the counter stands on a box and faces the ladies as he takes their goods and starts working the till.
