The Spice Girls released Stop 24 years ago today. Stop was the first Spice single not to reach number one. Stop Stopped at two, Stopping their run of number ones... I use that to break the ice at parties. I don't get invited to parties very often.

Having been to see Curved Air last week I'm off to see Kiki Dee again at Pizza Express. Has anyone been to any of those gigs? They have a lot of good people on.

Can I just say that I am so pleased that we are spending loads of taxpayers money to defend our culture, even if it means people here die of starvation and hypothermia while spending every night being frightened out of their lives by their "own" that they are going to die in a big nuclear apocalypse.

Bring back the late 20th Century.
