I'd definitely watch Courtney Barnett, but she's not very obscure these days.

Yeah, I like her. I was playing the album she did with Kurt Vile this morning.

Just watching this. It's sensational...especially the guest appearance by the Deal sisters.

Recorded it. Was watching David Holmes storming DJ set.

Beck just come on stage, launching into "Devil's Haircut".

Don't worry, Gordon! They're showing it on BBC4 at 9pm.

I'm listening to it on 6 Music while I brush my teeth.

I've started listening to music when I brush my teeth. I can sometimes be guilty of rushing the job at night when I'm knackered so doing it to music makes me brush for 5+ minutes and enjoy it irrespective of fatigue levels.

Hope you stuck with it the rest of it too. Joyous set by Beck and his band. Best Band Member Intros Ever - hope they include it in the highlights. Will be hard to top this over the weekend.

Giving Sea Girls a whirl over in Swansea. Catchy indie rock/pop.

Squeeze due on main stage at Perth at around 1pm. (Timings seem to be missing/unconfirmed right now on the planner.)

.Everything live streaming on iPlayer right now, and for those overseas, selected stuff on BBC radio.

Tuned in to see the Manics....with no Nicky Wire

You can get through this. We're all here for you. :)

At least the Trotters stayed up.

Where was he btw?

I'm quite liking SOAK - too folky for you, Lofty. You might like Dream Wife though.

Off to see the Zombies tomorrow. All the best of the old stuff plus they've got a new album.

They played Oliver's Army by Elvis Costello this morning on the wireless.

What really irks me whenever I hear that song is the line: "Oliver's army is here to stay, Oliver's army are on their way..."

Now there is an argument for the word army being singular and there is an argument for the word army being plural. But surely not both at the same time.

Or is it just me?

More more widow one less white nigger.

How could you Elvis?
