My humble advice would be to stick the first ten pages up on Critique. Nobody really reads it anyway apart from a few geeks so don't worry about being ripped off or whatever.
If you do put it up on Critique I'll read it and give you an honest opinion for what it's worth. If you really do want to go down the avenue of enlisting professional help at this stage though, you won't go far wrong with Micheal if you want thoroughly-honest, no bullshit advice from a guy who's worked in TV comedy for literally aeons.
But f**k agents for now, you've got next to no chance anyway until you've already sold something or have been recommended by someone of note.
And keep hold of your missus! In a writer's world where you and your work is largely ignored, it's always helpful to have someone close who believes in you.
