A new 'Facebook style' actors' networking website and club is holding a London launch party on Monday October 1 at 7pm.
The So and So Arts Club site lets actors, writers, artists, directors, musicians and producers of all nationalities and backgrounds cross network, meet up, create events and shows together. It already boasts over 1,000 member registrations who signed up within the first 60 days. It has been described as the greatest actor led revolution in a generation.
Those coming include Tina Barrett (S Club 7), Lloyd Owen ('The Bodyguard' stage show lead role), Dwina Gibb (Robin Gibb's wife), Jean Marsh (Upstairs Downstairs), Frances Barber (Silk, Doctor Who), Daniel Casey (midsummer Murders ) and Patricia Quinn (Rocky Horror Show) and Stella Duffy the prize winning author playwright and director. Further guests including Sylvester McCoy, Fascinating Aida and Dexter Fletcher are among many others who have been invited to the launch of the 'So and So Arts Club' website at Marylebone Gardens, 35 Marylebone High Street, London W1U 4QA.
