A Charlie Brooker video on writing sitcom?

Hiya, long time no see/speak/type

Can anyone remember/link to what I think was a Charlie Brooker vid about the problems getting a sitcom/TV show made.

I think he has a blow-up doll or a cutout image which gets dressed-up by producers and execs and ends up looking nothing like it was meant to.

Have I imagined it?
