"Hello is that control? What clown put the 'Invisible Serum ' with the protein bottles for the monkeys?"

Short and crisp.

Maybe take it a small step further with radio news playing in the background, talking about a mystery event with property damage to gov buildings and workers.

Just a thought but I liked it, anyhow, probably for the wrong reasons.
