Done. You know what? I'm going to enjoy not reading any newspapers this weekend.

Dan

I'm going to enjoy not forcing myself to write sketches at 9pm on Sunday evening.

Twelve jokes from me, a couple very choice ones too.

All gone. And back to a slightly less panicked start to the week until February.

Good luck all on getting into the final show.

Last set of one liners sent and the last auto reply recieved. Good luck to all!

Managed to get some stuff done for this week and sent it off in time. Having found Newsjack thru this forum I've had such a great time exploring my writing and really enjoyed listening to the shows and seeing what others have achieved and written. It's been a real learning curve.

Good luck to all. Looking forward to the show.

Brilliant - that's the main thing.

What a dreadful series for me. I'm used to not getting anything on, but I struggled to put any jokes together at all. This week I've sent in just one gag. Think I need to take a break. Oh, I can.

Just the one sketch and 7 one-liners for me. No idea why it all felt so hard this series.

Anyone know if there's end of series drinks? Not that I'd be able to make it, but I like to think other people are having fun and socialising with the stars.

No, the one series I get on and they decide to skip the drinks. I'm irked to say the least.

Sorry to hear that DBM - maybe next time. I'm actually sorry it's not happening in general - in my head it was a bit like the Oscars with lager and topical jokes.

I wouldn't worry DBM. The series I got on (5), I wasn't even invited. I didn't take it personally. Well not completely.

Well I'll be drinking after the recording tonight one way or the other. If anyone else is around do make yourself known as drinking on your own seems to be frowned upon these days. In the old days James Bond used to do it all the time.

I think, perversely, I'm going to miss it. Yes I could always write 3 sketches a week for the fun of it but let's be honest I'm not going to without that deadline.

I'll try and come down for a drink, of course if anyone has a spare ticket for the recording that will help...

I'll miss it if I get on tonight. Hell I'll miss it even if I don't, what I won't miss is the stress of it all on me days off.

You could write 3 sketches a week for KIPOD. :)

I fear I need a deadline looming over me rather than 'sometime by December is fine'.

I want 15 KIPOD sketches by Monday, Mawhinney! Otherwise I will be extremely passive-aggressive and sarcastic.

And I want them in an editable format!
