Best Open All Hours episode
Hello Kal, I noticed a few of your posts and was wondering if you create comedy as well as love it?
If you do there is a section called Critique on these boards were you can post new ideas, it's worth a bash if you're more than a fan.
I can't remember them all at the moment (although I have series 1-3 on DVD)...but the one springs to mind where Arkwright buys a crappy van to start a mobile shop. Of course Granville has to drive that deathtrap on wheels...hilarious when he gets buried under the vegetables.
I love the mobile Arkwright van episode. A really funny episode and Granville's face in the van! Brillantly acted and my favourite episode.
I love the Series 2 episode in which Arkwright finally takes Gladys away for the weekend (the moneybelt!) and the episode in which Arkwright hangs his pants ..which smell of mothballs... out the car window on the way to a wedding. Also Series 2 I think.
And any episode with Mavis!
