Man is sitting in a wing backed leather chair wearing a tweed coat, gold half moon glasses and has a goatee beard alongside a clipped Austrian accent, the back drop is a shelves upon shelves of books.

Otto Swizzbang

"Vat iz very puzzling is the criminals almost frantic desire to be accepted and loved even by his victims, ja ja dis is unusual."

Detective Grugan

"Herr doktor, the entire Dortmund force is on stand by, we need to get this man off the streets before he strikes again"

Otto Swizzbang

"You say he leaves notes next to the victims?"

Detective Grugan

"Every time, I have the last one here"

The detective hands the note in a plastic evidence bag over the desk, the man reads it and laughs as he replies .

Otto Swizzbang

"Herr detective you have no worries, this man will hand himself in to the authorities before he strikes again!"

Detective Grugan

"I'd have to say I'm impressed herr doktor, they said you were good but I had no idea you're this good, but how can you be sure?"

Otto Swizzbang

"the letter is a classic cry for help, he feels relieved yet guilty, he understands what he has done is wrong and his inner turmoil is demanding he surrender himself to the police"

Detective Grugan

"But what if you're wrong doktor? What if he strikes again?"

Otto Swizzbang

"You must understand detective this man can no longer think for himself! To his mind he is acting out a rigid mental discipline which has reached a sort of crescendo leaving him only the guilt and a subsequent all consuming need for forgiveness"

Detective Grugan

"And that's why he'll hand himself in?"

Otto Swizzbang

"Well if he doesn't I suggest you go round to his house and arrest him, after all his address IS on top of the letter"

Detective Grugan stands up and shakes the mans hand profusely

"Brilliant herr doktor, simply brilliant!"
