I'd totally forgotten about this but it's on 4OD.
It's an English clay animation and really funny about all the different people in a block.
Series 2 is on but not 1 although I don't really remember there being a second series.

Bang right on, yes it was!
I remember the first time I ever saw Crapston Villas, I was actually spending the night in a guest house, in Shepherd's Bush, London, that looked exactly like the house in the show.
