No, I don't mean that. I was just suggesting it seems like the type of project you and your daughter should do. By all means open the offer for submissions.
The thing is...she's only 12 and really doesn't want to write anything. She has no interest in scripts etc. She is heavily into her artwork and I noticed these little people in one of her files and thought they could add a bit of charm to some dialogue. As you probably know the kids are off school for six hundred weeks at the moment. I showed her pen the other day and she was, like, 'What's that?'. She's learning how to mask and use blinks to show emotion, so that part of it all is going well. As for the dialogue, she's happy for anyone else to use their brain to make them talk as long as she can carry on drawing dragons and fairies.
I'm hoping she will see what can be done and get interested in the dialogue side of things as she gets older.
