Well it's a National Comp ... you don't have to live in the North, thank God... not that it's possible to "live" in the North, but you know what I mean...
You have to write 250 words and create an urban myth...
1st prize is a night in Manchester in a Manchester hotel...
I won't tell you what the second prize is...

It depends on what North you are talking about. I mean, Scotland is North of the North of England. If you continue going North, you would eventually find yourself in London. So, shut up. Teesside is the bomb.
