EDIT: Yes we would have to oxygenate the moon first before anyone mentioned it. And give it an atmosphere etc.

Yes and there'd be mighty torrents of water to drown everybody ... I'm all for it, let's get the moon oxygenated first then... er, right... mmm... see to it!
