Sitcom script particulars

I've looked at the general guide for writing a sitcom script, and I just need to know if when sending a script what other things you should include aside from the obvious. Do you need a synopsis for example?

Any guidance gratefully received.

The script is enough.

If sending by post, you should NEVER underestimate the importance of a stamp.
