Whose Line... a bit of archaeology

Hi,

Can someone please help me understand a part of Whose Line Is It Anyway??

I am a huge fan of British comedy, but having the misfortune of not being born British, I sometimes (thankfully, quite rarely) have trouble understanding what is going on. In this particular case I would like to ask for help understanding the beginning of the "world's worst" in Series 1, episode 10 (or episode 11 according to this: http://www.channel4.com/programmes/whose-line-is-it-anyway/4od#2922298).

The contestants are asked to think of worst things to say when introduced to a memeber of the royal family. Stephen Fry says something that causes Clive Anderson to cover his face with his hands and I can't work out what he said. Also I have a feeling that even if I worked out the words it would turn out to be a reference to something I have no idea about. If someone could tell me what he is saying and what this is a reference to, then my happiness and gratitude would know no bounds.

Rather worryingly, I think I remember this episode (it was shown lots of times in the UK a few years ago) - I think it's "That reminds me, I must buy a stamp."

This is a reference to the fact that our Queen's picture appears on our postage stamps, so that when you met her you might be reminded of one.

This bit he says very clearly and also the fact that you have your Queen on stamps is quite basic knowledge about the British culture. ;) But this is the second thing he says. And the third one is "A middle class German family, really". But the first one keeps baffling me.

Probably just something about the Royal family being Germans.

As I said, Royal Family being German is the third thing he says and I have trouble understanding the very first bit.

I managed to find it on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IHBy3lTohaU
and supposedly he says: "whip some skull on that bitch!", but I still don't get what's so funny here apart from the mild profanity. :]

We're not allowed to watch that video in the UK apparently. :(

Apparently 'skull' is a slang term for oral sex. So he's calling the Queen a bitch and asking (ordering?) her to give him a blowjob.
