You now what's quite hard for a Ventriloquist dummy to say?
Nepotism.

And the letter/word starting with "M". Here is a master of it - one of the best vents ever in my opinion - Arthur Worsley:-

And here is the other expert vent. with a very clever and very funny routine - Ray Alan:-

But I can never watch her without feeling very uncomfortable for some reason.

Isn't that odd as I feel the same - cannot put my finger on it but there is something about her that puts me off.

I do think she's quite good actually.
But I can never watch her without feeling very uncomfortable for some reason.

I can never watch her without feeling slightly aroused for some reason.

I also think she is pretty good. And nice.

I remember watching the BBC4 documentary a (couple?) of years ago; she comes across as witty, talented and fun. I seem to recall her puppet of ex-mentor\former lover Ken Campbell was in bed with her during the trip to the US where she donated one of her puppets to a marionette retirement home. She also appeared in an episode of QI accompanied by Monkey plus she also featured in that odd Christopher Guest show where Chris O'Dowd was tracing his family tree.

Agree about her being gorgeous.

The unfunny material? The way her mouth moves when the dummy is 'speaking'?

Who was the chap who used to do the 'audience member in a mask' stuff a while back?

I feel the same. I just can't watch her.

I quite like her material, saw her on Chatty Man the other day and she was quite funny. But I can't believe that no one's mentioned Paul Zerdin yet, he's a great vent, saw him live last year, brilliant!
