Hey guys if this topic has been covered I apologize. So I've done a few open mics while I lived in Canada, but now my parents are moving to California. We are currently all here in Europe since they are Bulgarian. I really want to get serious about doing standup comedy and I know England has a very large scene for it as well. Does anyone know if there are pros and cons to starting in The States vs the UK? I know zero about the scene in England and little about it in Cali so I'm not sure how to go about this.
